En la habitación, el espejo parecía el protagonista, la cama apenas tenía presencia, pero el espejo absorbía todo el escenario y lo reducía a su propio marco.
Cuando él entró, el reflejo se hizo escurridizo, se movía nervioso de un lado a otro, este era el día, o no, tal vez aún no.
Se acercó con sigilo hasta encontrarse, y su mirada reparó en el estado cansado de aquel individuo, no lo reconoció, no sabía quien era, se parecía a las fotografías que reposaban en alguna parte de la casa, pero no era él.
Hipnotizado siguió mirándose, como si el tiempo no transcurriera, se sentó a los pies de la cama para poder relajar su cuerpo mientras observaba el pozo profundo de sus ojos.
Por un momento sintió un sudor frío que le recorría la espalda, un vacío en el estomago que le causaba nauseas y una debilidad que lo obligaba a salirse de su cuerpo hueco y mantenerse en el aire como un cometa, libre pero sin voluntad, movido por el viento y dirigido por los hilos del destino, era tan fácil, solo tenía que dejarse llevar.
La imagen seguía mostrando al mismo hombre, mirándose y negándose al mismo tiempo.
Sabía que su próximo paso era crucial, sus palabras se convertían en ley. Lo que estaba a su alrededor carecía de importancia ante su férrea posición, Y quienes eran los demás? Nadie o mejor aún nada, el único importante era él, solo él pensaba, solo él hablaba, solo él daba las ordenes, porque al final los otros no tenían las agallas, eran cobardes y su valor lo definía él cuando los convertía temporalmente en protagonistas al mencionarlos.
La imagen contesto a sus cavilaciones;

_Según tu punto de vista, pero tus ajusticiados han sido castigados por pensar, por revelarse y no por atentar contra la justicia, los tiempos cambian y no puedes pretender dar conocimientos y que la mente humana no los procese, no puedes decir que algo está bien si un solo ser padece a causa de ello, si eres justo entonces todas las ideas son importantes, no solo la tuya.

Abandonó la cama, y se acercó al espejo, después de tanto pensarlo y razonarlo, su mente ya agotada le dio la respuesta que él necesitaba, todo estaba en su lugar y se ajustaba a sus conceptos, el subconsciente de una forma clara se lo dijo, y su reflejo le mostró el color de corbata apropiado para la ropa que llevaba puesta.
